CO TAX CREDIT
Type: Upfront discount (tax credit for participating retailers offering discount)
Eligibility: Anyone who lives in Colorado purchasing a qualified e-bike at participating retailer
Amount: $450 discount per e-bike (limited to one discount a year per resident)
HOLY CROSS ENERGY REBATE
Type: Rebate to be paid after purchase
Eligibility: must be an active HCE member in good standing and intend to use the e-bike to offset vehicle miles. Must complete online application
Amount: $50
AVON E BIKE REBATE
Type: Rebate to paid after purchase
Eligibility: The resident must intend to replace trips otherwise taken by automobile, by using an e-bike. There is no rebate for recreational use. Voter registration or proof of full-time Avon residency is required
Detailed invoices and receipts for e-bike purchases must be furnished.
Rebate application and associated receipts must be received no later than 180 days from date of purchase.
Lifetime limit of two (2) e-bike rebates per household, regardless of whether e-bikes are new or used.
One rebate will be issued per person.
E-bikes are eligible for one rebate only. If a new e-bike receives a rebate, it cannot receive a second rebate if sold as a used e-bike.

o New e-bike purchased in a store in Eagle County (minimum price $1,000): $400
o New e-bike purchased online (minimum price $400): $200
o Used e-bike (minimum price $400): $200
EDWARDS METRO DISTRICT REBATE
Type: Rebate to be paid after purchase
Eligibility:
• Must be a Full-Time resident within the Edwards Metro District's Boundaries (Proof of Address Required-Driver's License or Utility Bill)
• Minimum amount spent on a new E-Bike must be more than $500
• Receipt/Application must be provided electronically, Magdalena@mwcpaa.com. If unable to provide electronically, should be mailed to Edwards Metro District 28 Second St, Suite 213 Edwards, CO 81632. online application
• Receipt must be within the last 180 day (6 months)
• E-Bike to be used for transportation to and from work (or any other trip that would have normally been taken by car)
Amount: Maximum amount of rebate is $200 per Bike / Limit two per household
TOWN OF EAGLE REBATE

The Town of Eagle will be offering post-sale rebates at two different levels based on applicant income level:
Low income (defined as total household income below 80% of the area median income (AMI) for Eagle County):
• $2,000 for e-bikes
• $3,000 for e-cargo bikes
• $4,000 for adaptive e-bikes
Moderate income (defined as total household income 80%-100% of the area median income (AMI) for Eagle County):
• $1,000 for e-bikes
• $2,000 for e-cargo bikes
• $3,000 for adaptive e-bikes
Eligibility:
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Applicants must be Town of Eagle residents and be able to provide proof of residency.
• Applicants must meet low to moderate income requirements and be able to provide proof of income.

E-Bikes must also meet the following criteria:
• Have two or three wheels and fully operable pedals
• Electric motor is 750 watts or less; may NOT be gasoline-powered
• Rebates will not exceed the total purchase price of the e-bike.
• Rebates will not cover sales tax.
• Rebates are limited to one per person and will be first come, first served.
• Applicants who already received the State of Colorado e-bike rebate are not eligible for the Town of Eagle rebate.
• Eligible receipts will show e-bike purchase on or after Jan. 1, 2024, and must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
• Apply by December 31, 2024.
