Warranty
Wildsyde LLC offers a limited 1-year warranty to the original purchaser, effective from the date of purchase, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty includes: frame and mechanical defects, failure to
the electronics, and battery.
• This warranty does not cover: Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper
maintenance including battery neglect, normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake
pads), modifications or unauthorized repairs, environmental damage or improper storage.
• To file a warranty claim, contact Wildsyde LLC at info@wildsyde.com or call 970-
949-3261 with a description of the issue, photos of the damaged parts, and proof of
purchase. We will assess the claim and determine if repair, replacement, or a
partial refund is appropriate.
• Wildsyde LLC liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser only.
• This warranty is governed by the laws of the state where the Company is located.
Returns
Returns of new goods: We accept returns for new, unused bikes and accessories in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery, less original outbound shipping charges. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Used bikes and 14 day trial returns: Wildsyde will accept returns for undamaged, unaltered bikes with under 20 miles on the odometer within 14 days from the delivery date. Any bike exceeding 20 miles will be assessed a fee. All returns must be properly or professionally packaged in the original packaging. If original packaging is not used, return will not be accepted or a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Wildsyde can help facilitate a return shipping label if needed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Wildsyde customer service by phone at 970-949-3261 or via email at info@wildsyde.com.
- Detail reason for return including submitting images. If accepted, Wildsyde will issue a Return Authorization (RA) #.
- In an effort to minimize your cost of shipping, Wildsyde can provide a shipping label for the return. Shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return package for the full value.
Once we receive the returned bike, Wildsyde representatives will assess its condition. Additional fees may apply for: mileage exceeding 20 miles, damage to the bike and components, missing components.
A credit statement will be issued to the customer, and the remaining amount of the purchase, less shipping and any applicable fees, will be refunded to the original payment method.
